Qualifying for our Rentals

Our required standards for qualifying to rent a home are simple and fair:

All homes are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status and/or sexual orientation.

  • Each adult occupant must submit an application.

  • Limit the number of occupants to 2 per bedroom.

  • For all on the lease a combined and verified bring-home monthly income must equal at least three times the monthly rent.

  • No evictions in the past 8 years.

  • Prove employment and be able to furnish acceptable proof (W2’s for past 2 years and 2 current paycheck stubs) of the required income.

  • Good references, housekeeping, and property maintenance from your previous Landlords.
